Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded a contract by the Land Transport Authority to upgrade its vehicular bridges at seven locations in Singapore. The contract sum is approximately S$6 million and contract duration is approximately 14 months, expected to commence on 28 January 2008 and to be completed by end-March 2009.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible asset per asset of the Company for current financial year ending 31 December 2008.
