Award Of Contract
BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded a contract by Ascendas (Tuas) Pte Ltd to build an iconic office tower block at the International Business Park in Jurong East. The contract sum is approximately S$95.3 million and contract duration is approximately 19 months, expected to commence next month and to be completed by August 2009.
There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible asset per asset of the Company for current financial year ending 31 December 2008.
