Award Of Contracts

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded two (2) contracts, first contract is by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, for piling works for *Scape Youth Community Place, a proposed 5-storey civic & community development building with a basement at Orchard Link, Grange Road and Devonshire Road. The contract sum is approximately S$3.8 million and contract duration is 120 days, expected to commence work at the end of this month.

The other contract is for piling work of a 10-storey condominium development with basement carpark, swimming pool and communal facilities at Hillview Avenue/Elizabeth Drive. The contract sum is approximately S$4.2 million and works for this contract will start in March and are expected to be completed by end-August.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible asset per asset of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2008.
