Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singa Development Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a contract by Yang Kee Holdings Pte. Ltd. for the work of Design and Build of a 5-storey warehouse building (Phase 1) with drive up ramp serving each floor including foundation works, mechanical & engineering services, steel structural roof system, an electrical substation and ancillary external works. The contract sum is approximately S$42 million with a contract period of 16 months, scheduled to be completed in early 2011.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.
