Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling and Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a contract by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore for the Proposed Common Services Tunnel (CST) Phase 3B at Downtown Marina Bay MC02. The contract sum is S$139,600,000/- with a contract duration of 51 months commencing on 10 May 2010.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net asset value per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.
