Award Of Contract By Land Transport Authority

The Board of Directors of BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a contract by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore ("LTA") to widen Keppel Viaduct (the "Project").

The Project is scheduled to commence on 18 February and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2015. The contract sum is S$79.8 million.

Save for the independent director, Professor Yong Kwet Yew, who is a board member and executive committee member of the LTA, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirectly, in the Project. Professor Yong Kwet Yew was not involved in any discussions or negotiations leading to the award of the Project.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011.
