Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singa Development Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a contract by Yang Kee Holdings Pte. Ltd. for the Design and Build of a 10-storey single-user warehouse building with an 8-storey ancillary office admin block at Jurong Pier Road (Phase 2). The contract sum is approximately S$48.3 million with a contract period of 16 months.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011.
