Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the Company) wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a S$179 million contract from the Housing and Development Board to build 1,386 new homes in Pasir Ris Neighbourhood 5.There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011.
