Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has been awarded a S$102.7 million contract by the Singapore University of Technology and Design for Phase 1 construction of housing and sports facilities for its campus at Somapah Road and Changi South Avenue 1. The project is scheduled for completion in two phases, in September 2013 and June 2014, respectively.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012.
