Miscellaneous Contract Awards

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has been awarded some 40 contracts of varying sizes totalling about S$50 million over the last six months. All the contracts were secured through BBR's subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia, with projects lasting up to 2014.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012.
