Award Of Contracts

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has secured another S$102.8 million contract from the Housing and Development Board to build a total of 755 units in Kallang Whampoa, Singapore. Work has started in March 2013 and is scheduled for completion by April 2016.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013.
