| Description | BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Pte Ltd, has been awarded the design and build contract for the construction of the Wisteria Mall and The Wisteria (apartments) for S$116 million by NorthernOne Development Pte Ltd. Construction works is expected to commence in the last quarter of 2015 and will take approximately 32 months to complete. There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. |
