Award Of Contract

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Piling & Civil Engineering Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded a contract by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd for the Redevelopment of the main clubhouse of Singapore Island Country Club at Island Club Road. The contract sum is approximately S$77.7 million and contract duration is approximately 26 months, expected to commence work end of the month and the final stage of work to be completed by 2012.

There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible asset per asset of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2009.
