Cessation And Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Lee Kim Huat, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned to pursue his personal interests.

The Board would like to express its gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr. Lee for his past contributions during his term as Chief Financial Officer.

The deputy Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Low Siew Joo, Maria, who has joined the Company on 7 September 2009 will take over the role as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 26 December 2009.

The information relating to the cessation of Mr. Lee Kim Huat and appointment of Ms. Low Siew Joo, Maria are set out in the prescribed Announcement of Cessation and Announcement of Appointment of Chief Financial Officer.
