Results Of Sixteenth Annual General Meeting And Extraordinary General Meeting

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to advise that at the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions put to the AGM and all the resolutions set forth in the notice of EGM dated 13 April 2010 were duly passed by the members of the Company.
