Use of Placement Proceeds

Further to the announcement made on 12 June 2009, BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that a sum of S$1.4 million has been disbursed from the proceeds of the placement as working capital for BBR Piling Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

As of the date of this announcement, the Company has utilized in aggregate, approximately S$23,480,000.00 representing approximately 94.37 per cent of the net proceeds of S$24,880,280.09 raised from the placement of shares in the capital of the Company in year 2007.


Additional Investment in BBR Piling Pte. Ltd.

The Company has today increased its investment from S$100,000.00 to S$1,500,000.00 in BBR Piling Pte. Ltd., by subscribing additional 1,400,000 ordinary shares in this wholly owned subsidiary company.
