Appointment/Cessation Of Alternate Director

The Board of Directors of BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Peter Michael Ekberg, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has appointed Mr. Marcel Poser in place of Dr. Pietro Brenni as his alternate Director with effect from 4 August 2011. The Board with the recommendation of the Nomination Committee has approved the appointment.
