Clarification - Notice Of Books Closure

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to clarify that the duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's share registrar, Boardroom Corporate and Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 pm on 8 May 2012 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the Proposed Dividend, instead of 9 May 2012, as stated in item 11(e) of the announcement (No.: 00162) on 28 February 2012.
