Results Of General Meetings

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to advise that at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions put to the AGM and the resolution set forth in the notice of EGM dated 12 April 2012 were duly passed by the members of the Company.
