Results Of General Meeting

BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to advise that at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM and the resolution set forth in the notice of EGM, both dated 11 April 2013 were duly passed by the members of the Company.
